And did your new pc come with IE 7 installed? If so, you'll need to try and roll back to IE 6 if you want the program to work. IE 7 breaks the use of and is not compatible with any of the v 7 line of products.

I am having the same problem. Any luck finding out if Roxio is going to provide users with an update that will fix this problem? Were you able to obtain Explorer 6 as was suggested by Larry? Any other suggestions?

Doubtful you will see any updates to this software. It (EMC 7.5) is 2 versions back from the current software.

If IE 6 was installed on the pc!
Click start, and then click control panel, click add or remove programs, check show updates at the top of the dialog box. Find internet explorer 7 and remove it, then restart your computer, then you will have internet explorer 6 back.

If you have allowed WinXP to update to WinPlayer 11 and IE 7, you need to go back to WinPlayer 10 and IE 6 - those "improvements" change the Operating System structure and derail a lot of software, including EMC 7, 7.5, and 8, as well as many other programs.
