Ive been using Easy CD & DVD Creator 6 Platunum for years w/ no problems. I've just bought a new Dell & the burner is not supported by 6. So I got the trial of 9.

There are so many changes!

What I cant figure is this:

With 6 I would drag a bunch of audio files in to the main window & burn them. The titles of the tracks of the resulting CD would be the same as the names of the files.

With 9 it seems the names of the tracks are taken from the ID tags, and so far Ive only seen song names & not artists, when I'm burning a mix cd.

Is there a way to adjust 9 to use the file name - not the ID tag info?

IF NOT

Is there a way to get 9 to use the Artist - Song Title format?

OR am I doing something wrong?

Thanks!

I've also noticed that when I insert a store bought compilation CD, the label creator also puts only the song titles on the back, and the name of the compilation on the spine.
