I can only suggest a few things. Try a different brand of discs, burn to an ISO first and burn at a slower speed. Not every player will play every home made disc.

I hit one Player (Magnavox) recently that will not play any 'plus' or 'dash' R disc I burn regardless of Roxio version.

It will happily play any DVD RW disc I burn!!!

Still scratching my head on that one…

Have you tried burning at a slower speed, using EMC 9 to see if it makes a difference?  I know that some players are picky about the media it is fed and the speed at which the DVD was burned.

Some older DVD players, that I have seen, don't like anything burned over 4x.

Did the OP ever say what version of the program that the poster has?  I don't think it is the trial version and it may not even be V9.

Poster, what do you have?
