Hi Roxio,

I'm at the last day of my trial period,  but I still haven't successfully tested whether I can:
- Extract selected movies from one DVD and write them on a new DVD without loss of compression & quality
- Excise snippets within a movie from a DVD and write the edited movie to a new DVD.

It took me a month to get as far as I have because:
- I can't "play" with this every day
- I couldn't get chat working with my regular browser,  Firefox 2.?.  I finally switched to IE9 and got it working smoothly.
- It took me more that a calendar week to get the installation process down pat
- Navigation between components leaves something to be desired (How about publishing a live navigation tree?)

The two features mentioned above are precisely the features I want.  If I can prove to myself that I can figure out how to make them work, then I'd be happy to buy the standard edition.  Actually,  if I find something in the deluxe edition that I'm interested in and can operate,  I'll purchase that.

Bottom line:  I probably need two calendar weeks more to get the above features working for me.  Can I get such an extension?

Regards,
Richard

unfortunately we do not have the ability to extend the trial period. You can purchase the software directly from us (online or over the phone) and we have a 30 days refund policy if you are not satisfied with your purchase. That would be an extra 30 days you can try our software.
