photosuite 8

I just bought and downloaded photosuite 8. the program down loaded fine but will not let me download from my camera (bushnell binoculars). I have a new Dell running windows XP . Please let me know if anyone has a clue as to whats wrong . thank you

Did you install the drivers for the ImageView camera? Thye should be on the disc that came with the camera. I did some checking and you need the drivers regardless of the software you use.
Are you using the internal memory of the camera and have it connected to a USB port or are you using the memory card inserted into a memory card reader? What format are the images captured? If it is a specialized format, you may have to use the software that came with the bioculars to bring the images into the computer. When you click on import from camera and select the device, what options do you see? Is the camera "on" when you try this?

Bushnell doesn't have much on their web site to help. and am surprised to see that this e-bay vendor has a lot of good Q&A for that device.

Notdone: was the photosuite 8 for jus windows and not windosxp

Windows XP is Windows. smile.gif And, Photosuite 8 will not run in Windows ME or any other previous version. It will run in Windows XP.
