I upgraded from CR6 to CR7 and now when I try to run either creator classic or disk-copier all I get is a quick blink of my desktop and nothing. I have un-installed and re-installed three times-no errors during either process--all other modules work o.k.--HELP!!!

Please post your computer specs.

Also, do you have IE 7 installed? If so, you'll need to remove it and roll back to IE6 for EMC 7 to work.
