Full Version: CD-Key of Toast 7.0 to 7.1

I have Toast 7.0 working and rigistered to me. I downloaded 7.1 and followed the directions by dragging the Toast 7.1 icon to the toast 7.0 folder and telling it to replace it. I then attempt to open Toast 7.1. I then am asked for name, company and cd-key. The cd-key is empty, so I put in the cd-key for 7.0 and the continue button does not light. I can go no farther. What is wrong?

I've got the same problem, yesterday I bought Toast 7 at a local store and the continue button won't light so can't complete the installation!
Asked support but they are not answering!

I got the same problem, I mean after the upgrad (7.0 to 7.1) Toast was asking the CD Key ! But for me entering my CD Key was ok ! Today I upgraded to v 7.1.2 and this time Toast was not asking for the CD Key.

Alright Roxio! This is not funny anymore! The CD-KEY entry is not working. Are you guys working on the fix???

The fix for what specifically? Without details on what you're encoutering specifically (key worked for previous version, doesn't for updated version?) I can't comment.
