I borrowed a DVD from my local library and the DVD says NTSC on one side and PAL on the flip side.
The jacket does not provide any help/info.
When I insert that DVD into my Mac's SuperBurner which side is UP ?
That is, do I insert it with the side that I read NTSC or the side that I can read PAL ?

If you want NTSC playback (which is for the U.S.) then the NTSC side is on top or facing you if you have a vertically mounted disc drive. You can tell its NTSC if Toast says it is 720x480.

Thanks.
First time I've seen a DVD disk like that.
