I have never been able to play DVD's (both store bought and other) using Cineplayer, I have uninstalled EMC 9 as per instructions provided by phone tech support (3 times) I have deleted from my system ie7, and WM11, and reinstalled EMC9 still with out the ability to play DVD's on my computer. I am able to play CD's, and I am able to play video content using cineplayer (video's downloaded from the internet).

When I run Windows XP video decoder checkup utility, I only see CinemasterVideo.dll and sonicm2vd.ax with green checkmarks in the MCE Compatible row, and when I check product registration page I do not see that cineplayer has been registered, the suite has, unless that is included in the registration of the suite.

Either way if anyone would have any further suggestions for getting this software to work I would be appreciative.

thanks
