Have spent some 4 hours today trying to install this stuff. Finally got it in, but not Icon on program list to run it. Finally found an Icon on my desktop and pinned it to start menu. When I hit it, nothing nada, nada.

Tried to call these guys. They are closed as EST and they are back east. Tried to activate online and it asks for 25 characters of input. I have only about 15 on my CD key. I despise these software vendors who turn out this junk and ask us to spend hours of our time debugging their junk and then they want 50 bucks and hour to talk to us to try to fix it with some tech who is probably totally incompetent anyway.

Oh yes they have the typical interactive support product that never gives you anything of value. tongue.gif

I am running win/xp service pack 2 and IE 7(did I see some crap about an IE 7 Problem somewhere?). What a waste of time. Of course I went thru all this with their Go Back product some years ago. At least this product they foisted off on to Symantec.

Thanks for wasting my day.

When your crap calms down, come on back in, and you will get some help here. You are talking to a peer to peer forum, not Roxio Tech Support, so if you need to talk to them, contact them directly. You won't get them through the forums.

Shouldn't take long at these temps!

25 °F / -4 °C
Light Snow Mist
Windchill: 11 °F / -12 °C

You are in a heatwave down there. It is +3 here, right now, and the wind chill is about -25.
