Hi I have a problem I make a back up cd with a password using ROXIO V 8
now somthing going wrong whith the cd all tha files extensions ****.$cr
and no one retrived and the prog not assked me for the password.
plz help

Those are encrypted - when you run retrieve, check for password entry in the program

ps - never give an e-mail address here or any public forum or you will end up on a spammer's list
