Yesterday I connected a tape player to the microphone input of a Dell Inspiron 6000 notebook, running XP2 home edition. I have 1.25 gig RAM AND 60 MEG hard drive. I opened CD creator and the tape to cd utility in it. The recording proceeded well for about 30 minutes, but then the program stopped working. I could no longer turn it off by clicking on the cross at the top right hand corner, and even Ctr-Alt-Del did not work. All other programs on the computer also froze. I had to turn the computer off using the on-off button. After that it would not reboot properly.

Today I was able to do a system restore, so that all other programs load properly and I can get on to the Internet. One point might help is that the notebook has pre-installed Dell Jukebox Music-match. Is this causing the trouble?

I would value your help, because as of now your program is useless for the purpose for which I bought it.
