When I use some of the apps in the suite such as MyDVD, RoxMediaDB9 loads right away and pegs the CPU to 100%. I've got the media manager disabled in the options, but the app launches anyway.
1. Why does it max the CPU and how can I prevent it? I'm up to date on patches according to the build-in updater.
2. How can I not load this at all since I've got the system configured to not use the media manager/monitor system.

If you go to Start,Run and type in msconfig and hit ok you will get a popup.Go to the startup tab and uncheck RoxWatchTray9.You'll have to reboot. When you do and a popup comes up just check the box that tells it to ignore at next boot. This will keep Media Manager from starting at Windows boot.
If it's already running in the tray you should also be able to right click on it and select "Stop Watching Folders".This will stop it from constantly running to update your media library.
The best thing to do though if it's bothering you is to disable it from starting using msconfig like I first said.
