I have printed lables in the past on a different printer, they looked great!. I have a new printer now, the defaults are set to my new printer. I have been able to print only one CD lable so far (and that took some doing). I can see the text in the print preview but it will not print onto the lable. I went to the other lable that printed to look for any different settings that I may have missed, they both look the same. Any thoughts?

Check that you don't have the original peinter drivers still installed - go to control panel, printers and remove it if it's there

Sometimes programs get confused when printers are changed

If that doesn't work, come back and tell us
