After upgrade my OS to Vista Home Premiun, I have problen with Sonic Express Labeler, when I try to close the aplication, I got this message:

Access Violation at address 00000000 - Read of address 00000000

and I am not able to close the program, I have to open Start Task Manager and end the process.

Any help will be appreciated.

I have had the same experience with Express Labeler, after the upgrade to Windows Vista this program that came with the new HP PC will not close, I have to manually close the operation using the task manager. I see no one has replied since the first post on this subject was entered. Does Roxio support their products and are they Vista compatible?

You probably need to check to see if the version of the labeler that you have is Vista compatible.
If not, check with Sonic/Roxio to see if they offer an upgrade or an update for it.

It is most likely that when you upgraded to Vista, some of the applications became outdated, in terms of the OS it supports.
