jesus
I had to deinstall EMC9 because had conflict with DivX for Windows.

When I try to reinstall EMC9 again , the install fails at the end and a window error appeared, it says:
--------------------------
Error 1935: An error ocurred during the installation of assembly
"Microsoft.MSXML2,publicKeyToken="6bd6b9abf345378f",version="4.20.9848.0",type="win32",porcessorArchitecture="x86",Please refer to Help and Support f... (here ends)

--------------------------

When I tried to reinstall again (second time), this time the installer didn't accept the serial number of EMC9.

An now I have another problem: when EMC9 failed, I tried to install EMC 7 and 8, and the same error 1935 occurred in both. mad.gif

Ok. smile.gif I resolved the problem with the error Windows 1935, the problem was an anti-Spy software "Add-Watch" from Ad-Aware ohmy.gif but, how can I resolve the problem of the CD Key? The link that is in the head of the message "CD Key Issue" (http://kb.roxio.com/content/kb/Creator/000116CR) do not work, a message windows says:

"You are not authorized to view this page
You do not have permission to view this directory or page due to the access control list (ACL) that is configured for this resource on the Web server. "

"Invalid CD-Key" error when re-installing Easy Media Creator 9
Rate this article:
Article Details
ID Number: 000116CR
Products: Easy Media Creator 9
WinOnCD 9

OS:
Issue

When trying to re-install Easy media Creator 9, the following error appears:

Invalid CD-Key

The CD-Key is valid and originally worked with previous installations of Easy media Creator 9.

Resolution

If you are installing Easy Media Creator 9 Suite for the first time, please make sure the Date & Time are setup properly on your computer. To do this:

Windows XP:
Double-click the time in your system tray.
Be sure that the data and time are correct under the Date and Time tab as well as your time zone in the Time Zone tab.

Windows Vista:
Click the time in your system tray to launch the Date and Time window.
Click on Change date and time settings... if the date and time are not correct.

Double check that you have entered the CD Key properly. Keep in mind that all 0 symbols are ZERO, not the letter O.
If you installed East Media Creator 9 Suite successfully before using the same CD Key and encounter the Invalid CD Key error message while trying to re-install, you can download the fix HERE.

Once downloaded (preferably to your desktop so you can find it easily), simply double click it. The fix will applied without any dialog messaging and you will not need to reboot your computer.

For some reason, some are having trouble viewing this page in IE....try Firefox browser and see if you can view that page.

Thanks for letting us know what worked for you with your 1935 problem. smile.gif

Anyone have the solution?

The link (http://kb.roxio.com/content/kb/Creator/000116CR [paragraph: "Resolution", clause 3]) that is in the 3th message: "CD Key Issue", do not work; a message Windows says:

[i]"You are not authorized to view this page
You do not have permission to view this directory or page due to the access control list (ACL) that is configured for this resource on the Web server."

Try getting to it (the file that is linked to) via the FireFox browser, and not Internet Explorer. That worked for me.

Please post the file size - I think it's only a tiny 3k file... but would be grateful if someone else would confirm.

Well. I am here again.

I did do all, I ran emc9rmv.exe and next I ran the EMC9 installer, but not recognize the CD-Key; what can I do now?

When I ran emc9rmv.exe, a message apeared:

The CPU NTCDM found an instruction not permitted.
CS:07f1 IP:01d5 OP:63 68 61 72 73 "Close" for finish.
