My Audio is about a second and a half ahead of my video. This only happens once I add the movie to the DVD. The actual video file is fine, but as soon as it goes onto Roxio the synching gets messed up. Even before burning, during previews. I tried editting the video, but it doesn't seem to allow you to move the "native audio" without moving the video as well. Anyone know a solution to this?

Don't know, but I am having the same issue

You can move the audio by extracting it via Media Manager, and saving it to a file. Add it back to Video Wave; mute the native audio track and adjust the saved file to fit. You may have to split it at a couple of places and adjust the location several times.

IMHO, I think that this happens with either a mismatch of the ability to capture video vs the ability to capture audio. It can also be caused by dropped key frames so that the audio really doesn't really know where it is supposed to be. May people solve the problem by capturing in 10-20 minute sections and working with those sections. I know that you said that it previewed well but playing a file and editing it are really two very different things.

You might also want to try a external USB connected A/D converter like the Dazzle DVC 90. For me this seems to keep the video and audio in sync a lot better than capturing via a video card and sound card. I have been able to capture about a 1 1/2 hour long video with no sync problems; the same video with my setup went out of sync in about 12 minutes.

Now I guess I should have asked what you are capturing and from what.

I have a similar problem. I have long video files with sound that i want to cut out several large sections and make clips and put some clips together. When I split and delete the scenes I do not want, the sound does not clip with the video, so I get scenes with the clipped scenes audio.
