RoxWatchTray9.exe is constantly using around 50% of my CPU. I did a restart and it's still sucking about 50% of the CPU. What is going on and how can it be cured?

Thanks!

It is Media Manager scanning your drives for media files.
You can do 1 of 2 things.
1-you can go to the System tray and right click on the Media Manager icon and click "Stop folder watching".this will stop it from scanning.
2-you can go to Start,Run and type msconfig. When it opens go to the startup tab and uncheck RoxWatchTray9.Reboot and when your machine restarts a box will pop up.Tell it to ignore by checking the box. This will stop Media Manager from loading at Windows boot.
Either one should stop the problem.

When I disable RoxWatchTray9, will that effect any of the programs?

Thanks a lot!!

The only thing that will happen is that Media Manager won't catalog your files unless you manually start it.It won't affect any of the other apps.
