Hi all, recently I have upgrage to windows vista bussines, then I reinstall my copy of Easy Media Creator 9 Home, and when I try to start ROxio Home, a windows apeers "all drives are set to disabled on this operate syustem, please try to uninstall them and try again, and always the same, I alredy use the patch for windows vista 32 bits, for the DLA compatibility, but still the same, I need Help;...

If you look at Vista's Device Manager do you see the drives?Do they have red x's or yellow exclamation marks?

All of my drives are working properly, the drivers are install and working great, on the device manager.. I have two drives one is a usb sony burner connected via usb 2.0 and the drivers are install it fine, the other it’s a dvd-rom connected via ata, and the drivers are install fine two..

Try going into the device manager and completely uninstalling you DVD/CD drives. Then do a cold boot and the Windows reinstall the drives. I had this problem one time with Windows Vista Home Premium and it fixed the problem.

I have roxio creator 9 it is not very stable on vista wors fine on xp but when you go to intstal the new creator 2009 wich is vista ready!
you only have one install on your isp so one machene only ? hope this was usefull.

Launch the EMC 9 Home application and go to TOOLS > Disk Information. What then happens? Do you see any drive information?
