With the 3GP Decoder pack installed, can Windows Media Player access rtsp urls to .3gp or .sdp files from a streaming server?

Can you tell us which URLs you're wanting to access? I can test it for you.

Good question. This has not been tested here. We have only looked at local files. It may work, but we'll have to get a bunch of examples to test properly.
