I have had exactly the same problems - but not being able to install under Vista Ultimate - and then no response from tech support and then denial of a refund because I was 2 days over the 30 day limit - which I had spent trying to resolve the problem.
I am totally frustrated with Roxio support - and have also told them I will go back through my credit card company of necessary.

James - your post has exactly WHAT to do with the original message?????
This is not Tech Support, it's not Customer Services and none of us here work for Roxio.
You say you have the 'same problem' - excuse me, but a failure to install is scarcely the same as an installed program that is having a problem with the hard drive.
If you just want to rant - perhaps you could do it elsewhere, like General Chat, rather than hijacking a thread
