angry.gif I bought the computer 3 weeks ago. Roxio creator DE with myDVD 9 is included in the package.
I have been trying to use this program to import my captured video from my Panasonic nv-gs300 video camera to make a movie, but the program always freeze whenever I click the STOP button. I should RESTART the computer to fix it. I am really dissapointed and frustrated because I cannot use this program at all. Pls. give a solution.

How are you connecting the camera to the computer? Firewire or USB?

I used firewire because this program cannot read with USB

Can you also give us the computer specs, especially CPU speed, RAM and graphics?

Also, try updating the video drivers (go to the card maker's website for the latest) and also DirectX 9.0c from Microsoft

If you are running MyDvd from the "home" application, instead go to Start-Programs and launch MyDvd directly

That solved the "hang at 99%" problem I had... may help you as well
