i just bought and downloaded this program roxio PhotoSuite 8. Everytime i am using it it hangs andor crashes.... i tried support and they told me to disable all start up programs etc... i did this.... it hasnt helped it still hangs/crashes i am actually disappointed in the fact that i am not getting any help in this matter and i am wanting to get a refund unless someone can help me with this matter any and all suggestions welcome thanks in advance dana

Did you install either Internet Explorer 7 and/or Windows Media Player 11?
If so, that's the problem - remove both
These were written for Vista and backported to XP but make fundamental changes to the OS kernel which has caused a lot of programs to stop working.
