I haven't used this program but maybe creating a short project and burn to RW will give you an idea of how it looks like, As they say, "the proof is in the pudding". smile.gif

Thankyou for your suggestion, but there must be some knowledge out there who has come across this scenario, this would be very greatfull as it would save time and effort. laugh.gif

Most 'previews' are not full resolution because of render time. Most computers don't have enough CPU power to render in real time.

So does burning to an image, then loading the image in Disc Image Loader, and playing from there. Skip the disc burn entirely.

Start up Disc Image Loader (in Tools), let it create an emulated drive, go to File and Load Disc Image

Okay... once you've put your video clips into Cinemagic and saved to an image, then loaded the image file, you'll need to actually watch the DVD using something else. (Sorry, I've never actually played with Cinemagic till just now.) I've got Cineplayer installed, and with that, you can point it to the drive and have it load it up.

Hope that helps!

At the bottom of the control screen is the "open" icon. Select that, then "Browse for DVD" and point it to the virtual drive.

Hello there , thank-you for your support but your screenshot is totally different from what I have. When I go to cineplayer and open this up I have a blue screen with the j folder and dvd drive folder up and on the left hand side have the open file etc.. unsure.gif

Is there anyway I can upload the screenshot of what I have to show you? This would make life easier and simple, how do I do this? Many Thanks. rolleyes.gif

You'll need to upload your screenshot to either a server you have, (quite often you have webspace associated/given to you as part of your Internet Service Provider's package) or a free hosting site like Image Shack (I've never used it). Then to add the image, you copy the URL of the uploaded picture, click the button at the top of this input screen that has a picture of a tree on it, and paste that URL.

As I think about it now, I may be running an older version of Cineplayer that I installed from my version 8 discs... which may be part of the problem.

If you load a physical DVD into your PC now, what application starts? And how do you go about watching that DVD?

That folder with the disc is pointing to my DVD RW burner with an inserted commercial DVD disc.

Navigate so that the emulated drive is also shown as one of the folders. Is the j drive the emulated drive? Maybe go down to the Vide_TS folder and open that.

Edit

Another question: While in Disc Image Loader program, did you click the Load icon in the Disc Image List pane to actually load an image file to the emulated drive?
