Full Version: Black menus>?
I recently became unable to produce visible menus on my DVDit... every project I make and export to HDD folder plays with black menus on powerdvd ultra and playing back the ts files of the menu on nero showtime shows black screen with audio??? what am I doing wrong???
power DVD BD is the only playback system that exhibits this behavior and it only does it sometimes. I do not know the cause, but some people on this list have no problem with seeing their menus, and some see black. maybe a first play video video in the titles area that then points to a menu would solve the issue. maybe motion menus would solve the issue. not sure.... test that disc in a Pioneer, Panasonic, PS3 or Sony BD player and I am sure you will see that everything looks right...

a silly question: how to make motion menus?
Just select a short video for the menu background.

I have the same problem with PowerDVD DX 7.0. Just posted the details. Do your menus play on external Blu-ray players? Feel free to reply in on my recent post (PS3 patch and menu issues)

Same issues with my PowerDVD DX 7.0. See my recent post (tigerose01) Any luck playing the menus on an external Blu-ray player?

A list of stand alone players and if they can play BD-R/RE created by DVDit.
