Hello there, I keep getting offers by email for Roxio Deluxe 9 plus the dvd transferring gizmo for $49.99 not bad is it? Well this is an upgrade when you have purchased Roxio 9, not so good now is it? Anyway is it legal if you upgraded to deluxe then sold the roxio 9?

It's not really an upgrade nor even an update - it just has a couple of extra bits in it is all

Selling 9 - normally you have to contact customer services regarding a licece transfer (so theat the new owner can register it in his name rather than yours). I don't know how Roxio handle it but I do recall an instance from years ago (in a letter to one of the computer magazines) where someone tried to transfer the licence for Sage and were quoted almost the price of the suite for doing it
