I have Media Creator 8, and have organised all my files using Media Manager. If I upgrade to version 9 will I loose all my organisation?

if you've manually done stuff then Yes,I'd think so.You should uninstall V8 before installing V9.
After you install V9 then Media Manager will run again looking for your files.

and also if you do run the media manager again in 9 , it will change the dates to , so if this is important, make sure you have them backed up
