[[color=#3333FF]Ihave done all required to do a clean uninstall and reinstall Easy Creator 8.I even went through process to request a new download copy from Element 5. Every time I open program an error appears : Could not complete the last command because: ERROR UNKNOWN. program will function, can do seemingly any request but this da**n error is in way even if I am in process of making cd actually burning and I acknowlege this error by clicking either OK or closing it Media Creator 8 also shuts down no warning no nothing. Can someone who has experienced this problem please help.

What OS are you using and what are your system specs (CPU, RAM and graphics)?

One thing you can try - open the file you downloaded with winrar or winzip (right click on it and 'open with') and see if you can extract the files to a temp folder and run setup.exe from there. If they fail to open, you'll need to download again
