While installing the Blackberry Desktop manager ROXIO fails to install with the error "Please pass the correct path to the certificate file"

Of course my cell phone company has been useless and RIM will not touch me as I do not have a service contract with them.

Help.

Not familiar with Blackberry desktop manager, but why are you using that to install 'Roxio'

Are you trying to install EMC 9, or do you mean 'Roxio media manager for Blackberry' as advertised on the Blackberry page

I to am having this problem
roxio media manager (Roxio Media Creator 8) for the blackberry Desktop manager 4.7 - it keeps prompting me with the error:
"Please pass the conrrect path to the certificate file"

My Comaq OS is XP Pro SP2 -
