Hello, I have converted files from DVD to m4v using Popcorn but am unable to open using iTunes and therefore unable to import video to iPod. I've got the files on my desktop but cannot open them using iTunes. They play fine using Quicktime. Please can sombody help, I would be very grateful.

I just did a test with the iPod export and it opened automatically in iTunes just as it is supposed to do. So my best guess is there is something wrong with your System or iTunes to refuse adding the m4v file. I'm just guessing but if it plays in Quicktime then it doesn't appear to be a problem with the video itself.

Go to the iTunes forum at discussions.apple.com and see if there are any posts there about not being able to add videos.
