unable to remove this program. Get message "InstallScript Engine on this machine is older than the version needed to run this software. If available install the latest version of ISScript.msi" This program won't complete the installation and I can;t use add/remove until I complete the installation. Any help appreciated/my frustration is getting out of hand.

RegFx or the MicroSoft clean up gets interrupted by windowdinstaller. Says there is another program installing. Complete that program's installation before proceeding.

Tried it but still says "another installation is in progress, finish completing that installation before proceeding to another one.

Reboot your computer.

It installed and fixed the problem.
