Hi. I've been using Popcorn to copy dvd's for 2 years now on my imac. Up until now I have had no problems at all. However, here's what's happening with the dvdr's I've burned over the last 2 or 3 weeks:

- Rip video onto my imac
- Video plays perfectly from Video_TS file on my hard drive
- Copy Video_TS onto a dvdr using Popcorn (everything works fine, no errors, etc)
- Dvdr is ejected at the end of the burn
- Put the dvdr back into my imac and it spins for a second and then spits it out

Now, my imac will read all other dvd's/dvdr's that I've copied prior to 3 weeks ago or store bought DVD's no problem. No problems there. It's just anything I've burned over the last couple weeks the imac doesn't want to read. I am using Popcorn 1.0.1 and I just upgraded to 1.0.3 but same thing is happening. Could it be something I'm doing with Popcorn? Or maybe it's my dvd burner?

My DVD burner is a Pioneer DVD-RW DVR K04F. Now, I can still burn CD's with no problem. It's just DVDr's don't seem to work. Anyone have any thoughts? Thanks!!!

I don't know what might cause this. You might also browse the forums for your model of Mac at discussions.apple.com to learn if others have had similar experience.

It does sound like something is wrong with the formatting of the recently burned DVDs. Do they play on standalone DVD players?
