I had a problem burning a DVD with Creator 8. The process aborted. I've fixed that problem, but not before making 4 attempts to burn the disk. As a result it must have saved the attempts on my hard drive which now shows 12 gigs of less space. I've looked in the temp files, Roxio program files, etc. and cannot find where these are stored so I can delete them. Tech support has been responsive, but has been unable to provide a solution so if you have an answer I'd be grateful. Thank you.

go to start menu and select search. set the options for hidden files and folders and search for *.tmp

delete any that look large

You might look for files that are over 1GB in size ...

I'm leary about deleting what I'm not sure of, altho google is often useful to find out what something is

Try this.
Click-My Computer
Click-My documents
Look under either My DVDs, My Muvees or My Videos

No good - the program doesn't store any temp files there - the OP needs to do a full search for *.tmp
