Are you running Internet Explorer 7 (IE7) or Windows Media Player 11 (WMP 11)? If so, you will have problems.
Does Roxio recognize your burner? Click on the Roxi Home icon on your desktop, then click on Extras and Utilities, then click on Disc and Device Utility. What shows up for your burner(s)?
