Full Version: EMC 7.5 won't copy

I just installed Roxio EMC 7.5, on my new Dell with windows XP. I can't copy CD's or DVD's (Unprotected) The program installed fine and even reinstalled but no luck. The window will not give me the drive where the cd is located. do I need an update of some kind. I did not have this problem with my old laptom running XP. Any help or guidance would be greatly appriciated.
V7.5 is not compatible with Vista. Nor will it work with IE7 or WMP11…

Are you running Internet Explorer 7 (IE7) or Windows Media Player 11 (WMP 11)? If so, you will have problems.
Does Roxio recognize your burner? Click on the Roxi Home icon on your desktop, then click on Extras and Utilities, then click on Disc and Device Utility. What shows up for your burner(s)?
