When attempting to run a "Restore" on my PC using Backup MyPc, the program said the CD/DVD drive was in use by another program. Nothing else was running at the time. Can you help? I've done restores in the past w/o a problem.

Try shutting down Drag 2 Disc.
And reboot, before you try to do a Restore.
