01/05/08 2:50 PM Just a reminder, this is the registration window that pops up and not the activation window. The program is usable except for the fact that every part of it I go to pops up the registration window again even if I register or tell it I do not wish to register.
Still does not work. The product is listed in my online profile as being registered. Is there a registry key for my computer that I can change for the registration to not show up? Or could this key be at fault in some way?

http://support.roxio.com01/05/08 3:09 PM I found the problem. It was in the registry. I had copied my registry file from my old computer right before the hard drive died which had a previous Roxio product on it. The permissions on that registry key were set as read-only for both the SYSTEM account and Administrators group. So, the key group existed, but weren't editable by the application. I set the permissions for both SYSTEM and Administrators to full and went into the advanced section to reset all child objects in that key as well. I opened Roxio, registered to create the appropriate keys, and closed. Opened again and it worked fine.
Thank you for your help in finding and solving this problem.
