I tried unsuccessfully to burn a DVD of home video and used the 'repair' function of the EMC CD. It was stopped by an 'Internal Error 2920' which I believe comes from Windows Installer. I ran Windows Install Clean Up and successfully reinstalled EMC although the error code was gone; However I wasn't able to open the program. Uninstalled EMC using the CD and reinstalled it several times. I've renamed 'Media Manager' as suggested in a previous post but am still unable to open the program. I am using XP Pro with a 2.4G processor and 512MB RAM. Does anyone have any other suggestions? "Ask Roxanne" timed out before I got any answers. Thanks. Ken
