I found that the DivX to DVD utility worked well in EMC 7.5 but the enw one is totally worthless. I tried two different movies in DivX format. The first one was in two 715MB files and when converted the second chapter had no sound! Video was awful -- looking like a 128Kbps file despite the fact that the original DivX file played almost perfectly.

The second was a single 720MB file and it converted with sound but the video quality was also very very bad.

I downloaded a freeware program (DIKO) and it produced a very samll ISO file ( 1.5GBvs. 4.3GB for EMC) but video quality was excellent -- same as the original DivX file!

Why the degredation of the utility from 7.5 to 8.0? It is now worthless!
