HI,

I hope that someone can help me - I backed up an entire hard drive using Bump - Stomp (32gb) - reformatted it and then re-loaded Bump - Stomp 4.81 (which I used to create it) However, none of the files will restore.

I can see the headers etc when I go into Device View and can click on them to select them. When it goes off to restore them it comes up with the error:

File header not found on media [4872 1308]

I have tried using a later version 6 again with the same problem

I am using Windows XP Pro SP2 and an external USB hard drive

Can any one please help?

Thanks

I have the same error messages during a restore operation. Was able to restore from the 1st cd but had file header from 2nd on. Were you able to find any help?
