is it possible to have Media Ticker to display text only instead of pictures? I like to concept of have a scrolling ticker, I would prefer it to be in text vs pic.

MediaTicker only displays text if no pictures are available in the RSS feed. We felt that there are plenty of text-based RSS news readers, and our value was in the multimedia presentation. That said, we have had it on our feature list for a future version. Thank you for the feedback, though. We use your ideas and feedback to define our next releases.
