hi hope someone can help please,im getting the same problem as a lot of people with the mpeg2 codec,now ive read all the other posts etc etc but do not have the time for reinstall & all the other stuff,& i dont see why i should have to do it as all i done was to save my production & then exit the program & shut the pc down, then start it up this morning then get this message & then be unable to use the program,very frustrating,now ive tried contacing support etc but i cant even get through to them i log in type my message then click save ticket & then end up with this message,i wont show all of it as it is rather long,

ive tried it with & without my email in the massage tried rebooting ,turning firewall of etc etc but still no good .
does anyone here have any advice on what i should do,thank you, abb
