I am having trouble with my newly installed EMC 9.
Often when I select an application from the Home Page, nothing happens. Then when I close the program main page I get this error message:

Roxio_Central33.exe - Application Error
"The instruction at "0x08c03440" referenced memory at "0x08e51fd0". The Memory could not be "read".
Click OK to terminate the program".

Roxio support chat had me designate three files for turning off data execution prevention, including Roxio_Central33.exe

It didn't work.

I also filled out an online support ticket, but I'm not expecting muh better results.
Anyone else have a better idea?
