My system has recently been halting with a MS system error caused by "pwd_2k.sys". MS support resolution page directs me to Roxio web site for resolution. Can you help? Thank you. I was not sure where to post this question.

Go into the search (top right on this page) and type in pwd_2k.sys , you should get a few hits.
