I can tell you that EMC 10 works OK. I installed SP1 after EMC 10 was installed. (HP laptop)

I have VISTA sp1 and Roxio EMC 9 and 10 running. Are you having a specific problem?

Yes ! I did and to no avail. Even downloaded the so-called 'patch' that in effect did not do anything.
I JUST CANT BURN NOTHING !!!

I find it impossible to get any help from ROXIO on their website. No one to write to nor to talk to !
What a bummer of a supllier of software... I find it scandalous.

Nero is probably a better choice, but I do not know if I can burn a DVD with it. I will have to check it out !

Also... not too much praise for the WINDOWS VISTA SP 1 platform either, even with a new powerful new computor !

I say to all of you : « Stay with Windows XP for as long as you possibly can »

It looks like your upgrade to Vista, overlaying your XP, did you in.

Can you burn, using the native Vista burning software?
