When I add 16:9 mpeg2 files to a VideoWave 8 production, they appear squeezed into 4:3 ratio (regardless of the production settings).
Also, Aspect Ratio Handling incorrectly notes the Source aspect ratio as 4:3.
Other video editing programs (ImageMixer3 and Cyberlink PowerDirector6) correctly recognize and display these files at 16:9 ratio. Why can't Roxio?
Is it a problem with the codec?
How can I make VideoWave recognize and display these files at their correct 16:9 ratio?
