I have Version 9 of both Record Now and MyDVD installed on my PC
When I attempt to burn a CD I use the standard Roxio Home interface to the product and select "Create Audio CD for Car or Home CD Player".
I have a 19" display using 1400 x 1050 setting at 32 bits etc.
I insert the blank CD, select the various tracks I require on the CD and then attempt to press the red button - Whoops the red button is hidden behind the Vista gadgets bar to the right of my screen.
I have only one choice, put MyDVD in "minimode" to obtain access to the red button.
This is not what I expect from a quality piece of software

Anyone see this before and know how to fix it?

You might want to set Vista gadgets not to stay on top so you can use programs that it hides. Take a look here

Many thanks for pointing that out however; I have tried your suggestion and it makes no difference. The problem is actually nothing to do with MS Gadgets.
When is remove MS Gadgets from my desktop the Roxio Home does not fit in the Window, it is though the area (that would be covered by MS Gadgets if it were being used) gets chopped off the edge rather than resizing the window within the Vista defined screen area

It would be far easier to show if I could up load the screen print of the problem

System Requirements for MyDVD 9 includes 1024 x 768 screen size - is that what you have it set for?

No I have my screen set to 1400 x 1050 (it is a 19" screen). If the default is 1024 x 768 the worst that should happen is the display should appear to small rather than have the edges chopped off surely?

I have reviewed the System Requirements, via the link you thoughtfully provided, and I see 16 bit colour is suggested. I take from this that the minimum requirement is 16 bit colour and 1024 x 768 or am I mistaken and the software only works with 1024 x 768 set at 16 bit colour?
