i make video compilation in roxio mydvd9 contain with movie"video_ts" it says some files that
you select has no supported files it mentioned about PLAYBACK needed support... where do i get that
playback support... I'm a user of Microsoft vista o.s and a license of roxio already install by H.P company
sorry but upgraded cause we have internet connections...so i have downloaded it in internet cafe if upgraded is needed.
i badly needed this compilation, cause i really want to give it to cousin, as his B-day gift.

It sounds like you have a cut down OEM version and not the full Retail version that you actually purchase…

In that case, it does not support AC3 audio and cannot be made to do so. You would have to purchase a Retail version for it to work.

I am guessing because you did not provide the actual text of the error messages???
