I have a BlackBerry Curve 8310. I have installed the BlackBerry Desktop Manager ver.4.2.2 software. Roxio Media Manager 9 is included in the BB software.

When I try to run the Media Manager, I get the error message:

Runtime Error!

Program: C:\Program Files\Roxio\Media Manager 9\MediaManager9.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way.
Please contact the applications support team for more information.

I have tried to reinstall the software. I still get the same error message.

Does anyone have any suggestions that I can try.

You'd really have to contact Blackberry - the software is a highly modified version supplied by them and they are supposed to support it
