If you have the retail version of the software, click on the Roxio 10 icon on your desktop, then click on Applications, and you will see Music Disc Creator, under Applications, to the right.

If your software came with your computer, or DVD drive, it is a stripped down OEM version, and probably doesn't have Music Disc Creator.

When you make an Audio cd the disc is automatically finalized so that it will play everywhere.
If you are having trouble getting it to play in a player then there's probably soem kind of conflict with the player.
If the disc will play on your PC then the disc is good.
It may be the player doesn't like the kind of disc you are using.Don't use CD-R/W discs, make sure to only use CD-R discs.

When you open your program, where you click Easy Audio CD is the choice below that Music Disc Creator? If not then your version probably doesn't have it and you would need to get a retail copy to have that option.

When I Google for that drive, there seems to be a lot people having the same problem with that drive and with lots of other software. The only suggestion that seemed reasonable is burning at a slower speed.

You can try looking for a firmware update or ask Dell to replace it with a different brand.
