I would try Label Maker Help.
Can you please explain what you mean when you say "PRINT DIRECTLY TO A CD OR DVD". If you are talking about "Printing" that's one thing, but if you are talking about placing something on a CD or DVD, you are most likely taking about "Burning". Which program are you using to do this work ? I think that Bruce is probably right in suggesting your are wanting to do something with "labeling".
